These are the famous Tong Kee Egg Tarts in Kuala Lumpur. Tong Kee Confectionaries has been operating in Kuala Lumpur for many years and their egg tarts, kaya puffs and various other confectionaries are a favourite of many. There is one outlet at Pudu near Pudu Plaza.

This is my first attempt at night photography on "lights". This is the well-known chef in Kuala Lumpur who cooks Hokkien Mee on a backlane near Petaling Street.

Child at play is often a favourite subject for photo taking. This picture is taken in coloured form and tweaked using Picasa 2 into a black and white photograph. That's my daughter of 8 months old and she was so engrossed with the Sesame Street ABC learning toy.

A friend of mine bought this orchid as a gift to us a couple of months back. I could not help admiring the intricate design on the petals of the orchid which looks similar to blood veins. I am still waiting for it to bloom again.
